History
The Turris Hotel Management Group was set up in July 2004 to manage the Baltiets and Burevestnik Hotels situated in the Kurortny district in Saint-Petersburg (the room capacity of both hotels is 687 rooms). In December 2005 the Turris Hotel Management Group took control of the Russia Hotel (Saint-Petersburg, 413 rooms). Since June 2006 the company has managed the Vyborgskaya Hotel (Saint-Petersburg, 294 rooms). In 2009 the Turris Hotel Management Group took the first step beyond the borders of Russia and took control of the Leikari Hotel (Finland, Kotka, 102 rooms). Thereby the company manages 1532 rooms in Russia and Finland.
The Turris Hotel Management Group provides professional services involving hotel business objects management (city hotels, resorts, health resorts, hotel complexes), consulting services involving hotel business objects design, construction and reconstruction, raises investments and delivers another hotel business projects.

The Turris Hotel Management Group is a team of professionals having much experience of managing hotels, quality standards introduction, hotel maintenance and competitive hotel marketing in Russia and foreign countries.
We consider the objects meeting the following requirements:
- Hotels in Russian cities, industrial, science and cultural centres offering three/four/five star service and providing catering.
- Hotels with developed conference structure in big industrial and cultural centres, industrial parks, science towns which minimum room capacity is 100-200 rooms. Three/four/five star service including catering is required.
- Health resorts situated not far away from cities. Middle Russia. Holiday nature objects (Lake Seliger, Lake Baikal, Valday, etc.). Russian resort areas. The Black Sea and the Sea of Azov seaside. Three/four star service is required.
- Hotel room capacity is more than 100 rooms. Three or four star service.
- Active hotels, hotels under construction.
